Our Mission

Providing support and advisory activities to professional firms and companies to establish ESG policies to mitigate related risks to help plan corporate strategy from a sustainability perspective.

We support the development of ESG initiatives by joining the prestigious GRI Community.

My name is Andreea Iordache, I am a 42 years old manager, licensed to practice law, with strong international background and a focus mainly in Sustainability - ESG Compliance area. I'm the team leader of this innovative project.

During my professional career I held roles of increasing complexity and responsibility until I became General Manager within a startup incubator promoted by a multinational company of about 2,000 people, where I also held the role of Legal Counsel.

In recent years, my interest has focused on the issues of Business Sustanibility and Enviromental Social Governance (ESG), as they have become crucial factors for the success and future development of all legal and business professionals. In this journey, I have therefore combined my legal experience with the more specifically technical subjects, working with the CEO, CFO, COO and others with various expertise to coordinate and guide this path of the company.

As is well known, there are new challenges posed by Sustainability and for that reason it is also necessary to seriously consider everything related to the reputational risks of the legal and/or business organization. For this reason and in order to certify skills in ESG, I undertook training at the London Business School on Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility.

I'm a member of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) community, an international nonprofit as well as provider of the world's most widely used sustainability disclosure standards. The body is committed to promoting a future in which impact reporting becomes a common practice for all organizations around the world.
I have also begun the journey to obtain the GRI Certified Sustainability Professionals, which I plan to achieve in Q1 2024. The certification represents a sustainability curriculum that provides globally applicable professional development on GRI standards and offers an opportunity for continuous learning and updating.
